This is an incredible list of websites and a few of them I already have bookmarked for daily visits. Thanks for the design inspiration!
Fantastic list, need the inspiration for re-designing my portfolio!
Thanks for featuring my site here. I’m a freelance front-end web developer so any recognition (or even criticism!) from my peers is always very welcome.
There is a feature of my site which may not be immediately obvious from looking at it from this article though, and which – I believe – is a totally unique feature to my site:
I’ve written the site to connect directly with a local weather feed here in Manchester (the UK), so the entire appearance of the website changes depending on the current time of day, and the current weather conditions so in theory no two visits to the site will ever be quite the same.
There are over 150 different variations (as well as a few different ‘easter egg’ versions) and I said – I believe it’s a relatively unique and unusual feature in web development.
Of course, with this being Manchester, it’s almost always raining!
Fantastic lists!
