It’s always nice to see samples of what other graphic designers are doing. I find that the “sensibility” of design for the web is changing very rapidly. Old-fashioned Flash portfolio sites have gone the way of the dinosaur, as have graphics-heavy, text-light sites without much explanation of WHY somebody should remain on your site and stick around long enough to check out your services or buy your products.
It’s challenging finding a balance between making a strong visual impact and making sure your sites load fast. But I’m optimistic about the future of website design and am constantly inspired by seeing work from other designers.
